A pre-placement training session was organized by Team Everest on 29 September 2025 and 6 October 2025, aimed at equipping students with essential digital competencies for the modern workplace. The sessions were conducted in Room S18 and Room G5, and focused on the theme “How to Access AI Tools.” The training introduced students to the importance of Artificial Intelligence in today’s employment landscape and demonstrated how AI tools can support tasks such as content creation, communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and interview preparation. Participants were guided through the process of accessing AI platforms, understanding user interfaces, exploring free and premium features, and using AI responsibly and ethically. Practical demonstrations allowed students to gain hands-on experience in using AI for drafting emails, generating ideas, preparing résumés, and enhancing productivity. Overall, the program provided valuable insights into leveraging AI for academic and career advancement, empowering students with the skills required to navigate an increasingly technology-driven professional environment.
